Who I Am
I’m Craig Barton, a husband, father, MBA graduate, Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase, and a man deeply passionate about leadership, faith, family, and personal growth.
Over the years, I’ve built my career around leadership development, communication, sales, and helping people maximize their potential in high performance environments. Through executive leadership experience, team development, financial stewardship, and real world accountability, I’ve learned that true leadership is not just about professional success. It’s about how you lead your life, your family, your career, and the people entrusted to you.
My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything I do. I believe the greatest leadership responsibility a man will ever have is not in the boardroom, but inside his home.
I’ve been married to my wife, Natia, for nearly nine years, and together we’re raising our two children. Since 2021, I’ve been a Certified Marriage Facilitator and have had the privilege of co leading Kingdom Couples alongside my wife, helping couples build stronger, Christ centered marriages.
Today, my mission is to help husbands, fathers, aspiring husbands, and professionals grow into stronger leaders spiritually, emotionally, personally, financially, and professionally. I combine biblical principles, executive leadership systems, real life experience, and practical accountability to help men lead with confidence, structure, humility, and purpose, whether in their marriage, family, career, business, or personal life.
